Day 3: What's Real (believe)

As much as I want to give 2020 a hard, swift kick out the door, I recognize the many important lessons I’ve learned. I met new internal edges. discovered how to soften these edges, and emerged with more compassion, courage, and gratitude.

I enter 2021 with hope. Rather than making resolutions (which never stick and then I feel bad about that), I’m focused on intention(s). How do I want to live this year? What qualities do I want to bring to my work, my life, and my relationships?

I often choose a word for the year. This guiding word is a big intention, which touches all I do.

My word for this year is “believe.” Believe in myself. Believe in my work. Believe in the world.

If you’re interested in choosing a word for 2021, I recommend this free 5-day email course from Susannah Conway.

I’d love to hear from you about insights, intentions, and words. Share in the comments, contact me directly, or write to me anonymously. I’m here for you.
