Unlike the news, Savoring Summer is a well-being channel, so you slow down and remember what’s good.

Refuge Space is a live session with guided meditation, reflection, and writing (savor small moments).

You only need 5 minutes a day! And if you miss a day, start again the next day. This class is accessible and doable. Short pauses and reflections can have big impact.

The June 17 Refuge Space will be recorded. You can watch the replay (and do the practices) whenever it works with your schedule.

The class material is not cumulative, so you can pop in and out. The messages are kept on a resource page, which you have access to all year long! In this case, some mindfulness is better than no mindfulness. Join while you can!
