Savoring includes Refuge Space, June 17, 7-8p Central Time

Refuge Space is a live session with guided meditation, reflection, and writing (savor small moments).

FAQ

  • You only need 5 minutes a day! And if you miss a day, start again the next day. This class is accessible and doable. Short pauses and reflections can have big impact.

  • The June 17 Refuge Space will be recorded. You can watch the replay (and do the practices) whenever it works with your schedule.

  • The class material is not cumulative, so you can pop in and out. The messages are kept on a resource page, which you have access to all year long! In this case, some mindfulness is better than no mindfulness. Join while you can!
