Here’s how october invitation works…

  • During the month of October, messages are delivered to your inbox, so you begin each day with intention.

  • The format varies —photograph, poem, meditation, journal prompt, or reflective practice—so the material feels fresh and you feel motivated.

  • The ideas are not cumulative, so when life interrupts you can easily begin again.

  • Unlike the news, Invitation is a calming channel, so your nervous system settles and you remember what’s good.

  • Each email includes a small, accessible theme, so you can integrate mindfulness into daily life.

  • You get free entry into October Refuge Space, so you can restore and ground, and explore these practices.

Invitation includes Refuge Space, October 18, 7-8p Central Time

Refuge Space is a live session with guided meditation, reflection, and writing (find a balance of effort and ease).

Joy’s thoughtful blending of poetry, journaling, and meditation stayed with me throughout the day. I was eager to check my email for the next bit of wisdom. October Invitation is good for the soul!

FAQ

  • You only need 5 minutes a day! And if you miss a day, start again the next day. This class is accessible and doable. Short pauses and reflections can have big impact.

  • Let me know and I’ll give you free entry into the November or December Refuge Space—whichever works best for you. You will still get an hour of calm as part of your experience!

  • The class material is not cumulative, so you can pop in and out. The messages are kept on a resource page, which you have access to all year long! In this case, some mindfulness is better than no mindfulness. Join while you can!

By living October with intention, you enter the holidays with more energy, clarity, and love.

It was helpful to begin each day with a challenge, a goal, a meditation; a ‘starter’ which I absorbed before I did anything else. I returned to the day’s message several times in the following hours. These return trips served as a calming influence in the roar of life.
— Lynn H.
I appreciate Joy walking with me during the month of October. I soaked up the poetry, wisdom, meditations, photography, and love in every single email. I began October in a pretty dark place and Joy brought me light every single day.
