This 3-hour afternoon retreat offers time to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll explore gentle seated and lying-down meditation, mindful movement, and written reflection.

No mindfulness experience is required. Wear comfortable clothing—whatever helps you feel at ease.

This is a supportive space for self-care and awareness. You’re welcome to show up just as you are.
