introductory session

Retreats, conferences, company-wide presentations

Research shows that a regular mindfulness practice increases focus, decreases anxiety, and improves emotion regulation. In this 45 to 60-minute session, your employees learn about and experience varied mindfulness exercises. These are practices that can be implemented in small, doable ways (even at work!). Your staff will leave the session with a deeper sense of calm and a toolkit of practices for everyday life.

Brain breaks

It's helpful for employees to take an intentional break during the day. They take unconscious breaks—checking phone, reading news, looking at Facebook—but these don't refresh their energy or their minds.

Meditation is a mind training. It provides both ease and focus, which let workers re-engage with projects from a fresh perspective. A 30-minute mindfulness session can boost morale and energy. Choose a time frame that best supports your staff: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
