I'm grateful to work with Life's Journey Wellness as I expand my mindfulness teaching. This May, I offer a class series on foundations of mindfulness:

Mindfulness: Basics of Practice

This class provides varied teachings and guided meditations, as well as suggestions for everyday practice. Students learn about and experience mindfulness. Show up as-is and leave with new tools for being present, awake, and curious. (Wednesday, May 16, 5:30-7pm)

Mindfulness: Using Self-Compassion to Grow, Heal, and Change

Mindfulness allows us to move toward what's difficult and heal with self-compassion. This class includes teaching, guided meditation and reflection, and brief writing exercises. It's a safe space to pause, breathe, and attend inward with kindness. (Wednesday, May 23, 5:30-7pm)

Mindfulness: Cultivating Happiness, Ease, and Joy

Mindfulness helps us cultivate positive mind-states, not to ignore what's difficult, but to savor life. This class includes teaching, guided meditation and reflection, and brief writing exercises. It's a safe space to pause, breathe, and attend inward. It's a chance to awaken joy in our hearts. (Wednesday, May 30, 5:30-7pm)
